Appears to fit the description of P. prasinus in Carne 1958 well, but I'm not familiar enough with the other species in the genus to be confident. I tried to set this species up in the NatureMapr taxonomy as a new taxon, but somehow it got registered as a shrub instead of a scarab beetle.
