I'm pretty sure of the ID, although the leaves look a bit broad for this exotic species. But the fruits look right. There seems to be more than one species in the photo, so maybe a lot of the leaves belong to something else.

I suspect that all the leaves where the base gets smoothly narrower towards the stalk are of Acacia longifolia subsp. sophorae. The bases of the leaves of Atriplex prostrata stick out in a straight line at right angles from the stalk.

Just looking at my photos again I see A. prostrata can have fairly broad leaves too, and despite the name it is never prostrate in my experience. I think there might be some Rhagodia in there as well as the Acacia!
