Mostly still just budding, but one plant had an open flower.

i'm so envious. orchids are my nemesis. I haven't found any in flower at home yet (usually find the seed head), and the local hyacinth orchid is the first one I've had since starting nature hunting in Sept 2020.

Burnt areas and roadsides are the places to look. They tend to be smothered out by too much shrub growth and leaf litter in the forests. They like the extra sunlight on road verges. The Princes Hwy south of Eden is a pretty good area to start.
