A dense scatter of seedlings on a rocky slope above Bourkes Rd, 5 mths after high intensity fire. I thought these might be Senna odorata because of the wide leaflets with flat margins (aciphylla normally narrow and revolute), but after checking S. aciphylla seedlings in my garden, I found they have much broader juvenile foliage. The leaf rachis is hairy and leaflet surface dull, which fits aciphylla better (odorata glabrous and leaf surface glossy from my previous photos of both species. The elongated glands between leaflet pairs are no help, as they look very similar in both species.
