Identification history

Author's notes

Only saw one out of several plants encountered during the day with a single flower on it, so "in flower" could be overstating things. When not flowering this shrub could easily be mistaken for Olearia tomentosa, a Correa or a Pomaderris, with its dense covering of stellate hairs, but the Hibiscus-like small flowers are distinctive. Locally uncommon, and mostly found in the Murrah-Mumbulla area.
