Author's notes

I was tempted to call these S. alticola, being at highish elevation (930m), but when I compared the flowers in close-up with S. australis taken at Brogo (180m) I could see no consistent difference. In theory alticola flowers are more widely opening and australis more tubular (per David Jones), but this feature seems to vary up the stem on the same plant.
