Identify this sighting

Author's notes

stem = 25mm x 7mm flattened, cap = flask-shaped, slimy, fleshy, 45mm diam, gills - thick & forked, cluster of 3-4, growing in clump in leaf litter on driveway, spore colour = orange, spores ellipsoidal, smooth 12x4.5µm. seems to match Austropaxillus infundibuliformis?

Austropaxillus sp. always have forked gills which is clearly shown in image 4 so I think we can safely confirm this one at least to sp. stage.
