Our first Far South Coast Sea Slug Census

 25 March 2017

Join us on April 1st and 2nd from Greencape to Tathra and 8th and 9th Tathra, Bermagui to Narooma and north for the first Sea Slug Census.

Go exploring along our coast - divers, snorkelers, rock poolers, tideline, lake and lagoon walkers. Take photos of all the Sea Slugs you see and record them here. We will help you identify them and they will add to the research on Sea Slugs along the Australian coasts.Hypselodoris obscura (L) and Aplysia Sydniensis (R)

Sea Slug censuses have been taking place over the last few years at Coffs Harbour, Gold Coast and Sydney, we have been invited by Southern Cross University to help them extend the research in our region.

See our Sapphire Coast  Sea Slug Census Facebook page and the Atlas of Life home page for all details.
